My Whirlpool Quietpartner 3 dishwasher does not drain.

Unhook the drain hose and check for obstructions. Also check the drain at the sink where it drains into and do the same. Remove the strainer in the bottom of the dishwasher and check it as well. Make sure the drain hose loops up higher than where it connects to the sink drain if you do not have an air gap. If none of this helps, listen to hear if the pump is working
