Hi ,
I'm a novice at this, so I've done all I can think of. I thought it was the battery, so I recharged it. Still no start. I made sure everything was in the right setting. No luck. I just went out and bought a brand new battery... nothing.
I figure I must have the thing hooked up wrong, but have no one to help...
Any suggestions for me? Argggg. Thx.

If you turn the key and nothing happens maybe one of the safety switches are activated. Most riding mowers have safety switches on the seat, the mower deck and the clutch/brake. Make sure you have the mower deck all the way up so that the blades are disengaged, you might have to move it up and down a couple of times because the switch might be sticking. Make sure you depress the clutch/brake all the way down to deactivate that safety switch. Sometimes these switches stick so you may have to work them a couple of times to unstick them.

Also, check the fuse.
Are you getting a clicking sound or anything?
