My 95 Camry will die going down the road at lower speeds once it has warmed up.
If I keep it revved up or keep it downshifted as much as possible it stays running.
When I go to restart it it won't start until it has cooled off. Changed cap, rotor, plugs, checked fuel pressure, checked for spark, and check coil with multi-meter.
If it does restart and will sputter long enough to get the rpm's up it will smooth out and stay running it has to stay over 2500/3000 rpms for this to happen though.
I am going to try and change the coil today and see where that leads.

When you change the coil, make sure you replace the ignition condenser as well.
You should consider a professional cleaning of the throttle body and fuel injectors. The stuff that gets added to the fuel tank cannot effectively clean these properly.
You state you checked spark: How did that spark look?
Also, what readings did you get from your multimeter check on the coil? Was that test done when the coil was "warmed up?"

Test/replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM). Many auto parts stores will do this for free.
