Okay, I'm 15 and when I turn 16 I'm going to file to be emancipated because I'm pregnant and want to do it on my own with my Boyfriend/Feincé. But my mom does not agree so I'm going to have to file it myself and get a lawyer I'm getting a job real soon and I'm emotionally stable. The only problem is that my Mother will not let me move out she calls the cops and reports me as a run away I live in Ohio and one of the rules are-The child must be living separate and apart from the parents or guardian... I can't get away though what should I do?
