Write Articles
Provide information for FREE
Make sure that your Signature line has the URL.
Implement some sort of Newsletter for people to sign up for - assuming that you've content.
Implement some sort of raffle... make sure that you get a digital picture of the people who win - so that people don't think it's a rip off.

It's just a blog, I can't afford to raffle stuff off. I update it every day.
