First of all, me and my hubby are Trying to conceive for like 7 months now, right now I'm 1 day missed period... I took HPT this morning and it showed very, very fainted positive... I wasn't sure if I was half sleep or not seeing it well if it is true that I get fainted positive? Meaning I'm pregnant??
Ive been nausea for a week now (only happened to get nausea during in the late afternoon everyday), took a nap every time I get home from work.( usually I get stuck in the traffic for an hour everyday so I tend get so sleepy on the way to work in the morning and on the way home in the afternoon too)
Am I pregnant? Because I'm afraid to hear that I'm not pregnant again since we re trying for months now.
So I'm asking for your advice- am I pregnant for sure or should I wait a little more time to take HPT again to see if its false or true? Let me know. Thanks.

Take another test in 2-3 days... in the morning when urine (and hormone) is most concentrated.

A negative result doesn't mean not pregnant... it means faulure to detect proper levels of hormone. Meaning maybe not pregnant... or maybe hormone levels are low.

A positive, when taken using the parameters of the test... proper method, proper testing time... is often correct... meaning pregnant.

Were you my wife... id wait two days and take again first thing in the morning... or schedule a blood test with my physician.

Id take another test in a few days, using first morning urine, and id also surgest getting one of those digital tests that say pregnant/not pregnant... good luck

I agree with Daniel. I also got told that all tests are correct these days as well because my GP said that they didn't need to take another test if my home test said positive.
Go to the GP as soon as possible and they will take it from here, congratulations by the way. I'm pregnant too and I wasn't expecting it.

As others have said, if you are unsure... try another test or have one done at your doctors to confirm. No sense being left wondering. If you read it in the time indicated, then you are most likely pregnant. Reading it passed this time can give an evaporation line on some tests that may appear positive. Good luck!

Ever since I found out that I was pregnant last Tuesday. ~~missed period for 6 days now~~ As of today, I went to the bathroom and discovered that I have brownish on the wipe. I was little freaked out, (this Saturday it will be my 5th week of pregnant.) Should I worried and call dr right away? are my body playing my mind that I wasn't pregnant at all? Or sign as early miscarriage? I'm confused and worried. Let me know. Thanks

Spotting Blood/Brown Discharge: This may occur when you are ovulating/mid-cycle. Sometimes early in pregnancy you may have spotting or a brownish discharge at the time your period would normally come. If you have spotting at the time of your normal period rather than your usual amount of flow, and you have had sex without using birth control, you should check a pregnancy test.

Oh OK, so I'm should not be worried about that, right? How long it should be lasted?

I'm afraid nobody can tell you if everything is going to go well or not. And that includes your situation. It sounds like the "implantation bleeding" that some report and that doesn't have any adverse effect on the pregnancy, but that doesn't mean it isn't something else.

I know you want to know perfectly, "yes" or "no", to be worried or not.

Honestly, when my wife was pregnant, we didn't feel comfortable until about 3 mo in... in the early months you are anxious, waiting to see if the baby is strong enough. After that, you still worry for sure, but the first few months were anxious ones.

All spotting should be relayed to your provider, especially discharge with cramping...

Unfortunately, a woman can have spotting for a LOT of reasons during pregnancy. Some are due to problems, and some have no issues other than the stress and worry.

Wish I could give you a more definite answer. If you look at a parenting/pregnancy board and read about women who relate their experiences with bleeding or dischargs during pregnancy, you'll see the widest range possible in terms of outcome.

Talk to your provider about concerns. And expect to be anxious and unsure. It's a part of the ride.

To reiterate what I said to you via PM...

Some women do indeed bleed/spot during early pregnancy, yet for others this could be a signal of an impending miscarriage. Only your doctor can diagnose you properly.

OK. Since I was worried that I got brownish on the wipe yesterday. So I thought I go ahead to take HPT again in the next morning. Guess what, this morning I took it again and it said pregnant. I was kind of relived BUT 1 or 2 hours later I got really bad cramps then I went to the bathroom and found out that I'm starting period like a normal period. I was shocked and confused... I don't understand what it this meaning? I've been on my period allday and cramping too. I called ob-gyn and they won't let me in until this Wednesday on June 4th I was so mad. I can't do anything with it until this Wednesday but it would be nice to hear from your advice to know what's that mean?
clear to this:
4 HPT=positive
7 days missed period
yesterday brownish spotting
today-started period with bad cramps

can you explain this to me? Thanks.

I don't know if I should. I never experience of miscarriage or maybe its not. Or maybe I was never been pregnant the whole time..

If I thought I was pregnant and began to bleed and could not see my doctor I would go. But I thought you said it was positve

Yes it was 4 time positive the whole time since last Friday until this morning. What I mean myabe I wasn't pregnant the whole time was false positive?. I just talked to my husband and he said if my period still bleeding tomorrow then he will take me to the hospital.
I just don't like going to the hospital and they might tell me that iwasnt pregnant at all and it was false positive and it just a normal period. You know what I mean?

I do not believe youcan have 4 false positive. I think you are / were pregnant. Maybe you still are. Other posters have sid you cand still have a period and be pregnant. Why not go and make sure.

You wouldn't have likely had a false positive... not many circumstances will give false positive readings. It may be a miscarriage, hopefully not. Good luck when you go in... hope all is well.

Hey, its been a while since I was last posted. Wanted to let you know that the confirmed by dr that I had a spontaneous miscarriage. Im glad that I don't have any serious case with miscarriage, just got out with all natural. I already took the shot of Rhogam.
I was thur the tough and fight for emotional for 2 weeks. After that, I got much better and moved on. I got a lot of support with families and friends. Im glad that it was only 6 weeks of pregnant instead of longer than that.
Thank you for all of your advices and help with your answer of my questions.

Thanks for the update. So sorry to hear about the news.

In the meantime keep "living well"... keep taking prenatal vitamins... folic acid has been suspected in helping not only with neural tube development, but also conception. Same for your hubby... exercise, good health, good diet, "good living" all can help sperm quality and viability.

Sorry about the news, but glad you came back to us.
