I am a bit concerned to say the least, I recently noticed in the past three days, a pimple on the top center of the shaft of the penis, it doesn't hurt whatsoever, its just a small pimple with a tiny whitehead. I'm 45 years old and have a new girlfriend that I have to explain this too. Any advice before I spill the beans? I will be seeing a doctor if need be. Please help!

If you are certain that it is a pimple then I would take a hot shower,let your skin soften and try popping it.

A friend of mine told me he had a pimple on his shaft he said it was BIG and asked me what he should do about it. I told him since well since I am an IT guy I would have no idea but a Dr would. He went to the hospital it turned out to just be a cyst they drained and he was OK. So if it is really bothering you (and I know it would bother me) go to the Dr. have it checked out.
