Hello, how do I remove wood adhesive from wood cabinetry. The gentleman who installed the cabinets inadvertently rubbed the glue on the cabinet itself... it looks awful.. thanks

I'd first start by seeking corrective action from the installer and also determine the type of glue and the type of finish, and go from there.
Nonspecific suggestions:
If glue hasn't fully cured, water, rag, and a lot of scrubbing may roll the glue off. Certain types of glue will soften when heated, too.
Otherwise, if the cabinet is finished well and thickly with something like polyurethane, I'd next attempt to scrape the bulk of the glue off with a wide razor sharp chisel held nearly flat and then lightly wet sand with 320 and progressively higher grit sandpaper to buff the finish out.
Finally, any solvents capable of dissolving modern glues will likely dissolve the finish as well, so if the above doesn't yield acceptable results, I'd probably sand the glued area down to bare wood and refinish.
Most of the above is a lot of work. If cabinet is small, I'd also consider buying another or just the part that was glued (door, shelf, etc).
