My reception hall has a number of square boards that are carpeted, and can be used for hooks to hang decorations. There are two boards that are about 30 inches by 72 surrounding the stage where the head tables will be and I'd like to decorate them cheaply but I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?

How about creating a space for the bridesmaids flowers. Purchase two wall flower holders and the girls and you, can put the hand held flowers together into these holders during the reception. Add some ribbons and bows, maybe left over from decorating the church. Have someone creative make photo pics of you and your new husband or friends, and glue photos to long floral pics and stick them in with the flowers. Almost free decorations. Then they can take them home at the end of the reception...
