First, figure out where most Ethiopians live in the USA - you know that better than any of us non-Ethiopians in the USA.

Second, go to craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums (http://www.Craigslist.org) and then FIND that city on the list... 2 examples

new york city clothing & accessories classifieds - craigslist (http://newyork.craigslist.org/clo/)


Then POST... do that for many cities... try to find some partners.

Maybe some Ethiopian RESTAURANTS for partners? College kids.
