You will receive a copy of the Discharge in the mail from the Court - otherwise, go to the Court, take ID, they will provide a copy.

Usually you will receive a notice in the mail about 6-8 weeks after the Creditor's meeting is held stating a discharge date.

What record? Credit report?

Contact the Clerk of the Court where you filed. That's the most reliable source. Some of the info is available on line but it is not always trustworthy.
