How close does someone need to be to extradited back to western nc for misdemeanor probation violation because I assume there is NO statue of limitations on this probation violation warrant

Hello harley:

I don't think distance is the criteria. I think if they want you bad enough, they'll come get you no matter where you are.

You're right. There is NO statute of limitations on probation violation.

Yes, just how bad do they dislike you. If they really want you, they will bring you back, what is their budget, rich area, they may bring you back just because they can afford it.

An often it will depend ( sounds silly) who is on duty or call when you get stopped for the warrant, when stopped they call and see if they want them back, so whoever is on call has normally less than one hour to make that decission, So get the right person on duty that night, everyone comes back, get another person on duty, and maybe not.

Indiana didn't get me on a 3 year suspended sentence and an open felony it wasn't worth it to them I was 6 states away most states won't extradite unless its really serious it's a waste of money bottem line.

But they did initially say they wanted me. I had to wait in las vegas jail for 33 days then they denied extradition lol they wanted me to do some time I guess. Some states come most don't especially if it's a probation violation. There not coming waste of money!!

Not true the state said they wanted me but they didn't come I waited the time and they didn't come when they said they were that don't mean anything it comes down to the da of the county. Its not the officer on duty lol. That guy doesn't put up the 3 grand to come get you. Don't listen to this guy he's way wrong lol
