Well, the background pretty much is this, I'm 26 yrs old and had been dating my ex (we broke up roughly 3 weeks ago) since I was 20. So for the last 6 years I've never really been on a date per say. Anyway, I met a girl out this weekend and as it turns out our places of work are near each other so we've decided to do lunch. I like the idea 'cause it's just something quick and easy with zero expectations. Unfortunately I really have no idea what I can expect or what would be an appropriate conversation starter since the lunch will only last about 45 min to an hour. So if anyone has had a similar experiencer, let me know, thanks.

"What do you like about your job? Coworkers? Boss's good or bad?"
"What places do you like to go to lunch?"

Those questions above could fill 2-3 lunches all on their own.
