I live in Texas and was wanting to get my son's last name changed to mine. On his birth certificate he has no father, his mother, now my wife is regretting not giving him my last name. How do I go about getting his last name changed, both the mother (my wife) and father want it changed desperately, as he has in now 2 years old.
