Well, it depends on the current relationship. Honestly, any time I had a guyfriend and we dated, after we broke up, it wasn't much of a friendship. So, truthfully, yes. It could mess up your friendship. But, I have a friend who dated her guy friend, and when they broke up, they stayed close. I guess it just depends on where you are on the friend scale.
