I have all the symptoms, and I'm more than a week late, me and my boyfriend have been having sex, I know we had sex 15 days after my period started, right at the time when I should be most fertile.. and the condom broke. But the home test I took was negative. I just feel so weird.. I still think I'm pregnant. Should I stop doing yoga? Could yoga be bad if I really am? How likely is it that I'm pregnant? I'm so confused! I'm only 18! Help!

May I suggest that you consult your GYN and that you get a pregnancy test.

"False negetives" test results are not uncommon

It could be that your period is just off, but you might want to try another test in several more days and see what results you have. Since there is a chance that you could be pregnant, best to treat yourself as though you are until you know for sure. A multivitamin with at least 400mcg of folic acid is a good idea anyway, but wise in pregnancy too, and changing any other lifestyle habits that could be beneficial to you and potentially a growing baby.
As donf said, check with your doctor about a possible blood test if your period still doesn't show and you get a negative result when you test again. He/She may suggest waiting until next month to see what happens with your period at that time and test then if need be.
If it turns out that you are pregnant, yoga is a great exercise in pregnancy, but some positions may need to be modified... especially as time goes on. One of the hormones in pregnancy is relaxin which does exactly as it sounds... relaxes the joints. Many women switch to a pregnancy yoga class or you can get a DVD on it to use at home.

Right now, don't worry about Yoga. Call your doctor ASAP to arrange for a blood test.
Pregnant or not, yoga can be good exercise. If you find out you're pregnant, talk to your doctor about limits and how often you should engage in it.

yoga=good all through pregnancy, (depending on how well the feotus is implanted).

get a blood test by your GP though to find out for sure.

Any exercise your body is used to prior to pregnancy can be continued throughout pregnancy if your doctor approves.

Ask your yoga instructor before class to show you alternative positions for pregnancy, it's pretty much the same, except most moves, you will use your knee for support ;)
