I'm hoping that someone can help me on my issue because I am at my end! I recently replaced my kitchen faqucet with a Peerless, two handle faucet with sprayer. Since then my water pressure has been poor. I then took off the sprayer and capped the middle threaded outlet underneath but I still have no pressure! Help !

Hey Skip,

Reconnect the sprayer, the problem's in the supplies and seats or cartridges. What's happened here is when you connected the supplies to the new faucet you disturbed some crud on the pipe walls and it broken loose. It's now clogging the seats or the inlet ports of the cartridge, (Since you failed to give me a model number of the faucet I can't be more specific.)
You'll have to open up the valve and clear out the crud. Before you reassemble take and turn on the water and flush the supplies out. Good luck, Tom

I have the same faucet and the same problem (and apparently I'm not the only as there are a lot of these posts)! The aerator in mine did have several screens but removing a couple didn't fix the problem. We got a new aerator and that didn't work either plus when you take the aerator off and let the water run it is no better. So, it's NOT THE AERATOR!! We have taken this stupid thing completely apart many time and cleaned every single thing even the supply hose and soaked everything in vinegar (breaks up the calcium deposits) with no or almost no improvement. So, its NOT DUE TO MINERAL BUILDUP AND/OR SEDIMENT! I bought this faucet with my house so I can't use the warranty though I know the previous owner and am about to ask them if they have the receipt so I can try to use the warranty. Anyway this is really frustrating and irritating but I am determined to get to the bottom of it

The aerator is the first and easiest thing to check and by process of elimination find the problem. The aerator may not be Sonya's issue but it could be Skippy's first thing to check. Peerless makes many faucets so we do not know if it's the same faucet as Sonya. Remove the aerator and if there is no improvement you need to follow Tom's advice.
