I have a problem with my Moen 1225 kitchen faucet. The diverter valve is frozen in the divert position and will not revert back to normal lever use of the main spigot . I have replaced the valve but no results. I have access to compressed air if needed I would like to know where to go next?
Thank You,

This might help you a bit Installation Help / Animated Tutorial - Installing the Moen 1225 / 1200 Cartridge (http://www.moen.com/consumersupport/installation/moen0133/moen0133.cfm) Buy it for looks, buy it for life means that faucet has a lifetime warranty. You can call a Moen tech direct and they will help you better than most of us. I even use their techs from time to time.

Teacher,
First off you don't have a #1225 Moen Faucet. You gave us the cartridge number.
. I have replaced the valve but no results. Please explain? Do you mean you've replaced the faucet and still have the same problem? Did you replace Moen Diverter #91192, (see image)? Please give us more details along with the correct model number. Regards, Tom
