Tell her how you feel, you can't control how she takes it. Just be gentle abot it and if you guys are good friends as you say you are, then she'll probably understand... allthough she might not want to hear it.

First off, stop signalling to every girl you date that you're exclusive. That's your problem here.

Make a date with the girl you want to go out with. Go on the date. When your first girl asks why, be truthful. "I'm dating people, aren't you? I didn't realize we had been together so long we had decided to be exclusive."

You don't have to participate in the part of the conversation where she gets all hurt and emotional. You've only gone out a couple of days. Even SHE may not be hurt at all as long you're truthful. It's only been a few days!

Why all the fear there will be drama?

Just sit her down and talk to her about it...
Tell her exactly how you feel...
You've got nothing to lose... just be honest
