HELP! I am trying to use my company's training program, which is posted to its website. When I enter the log-in and password, it goes to the appropriate site. But, when it tries to load additional files, I get the error message, main 2_w,276 and then it dumps the application. I have tried getting help from my company and they tell me it's just "user error". In other words, they are no help at all. Can anyone help?

When I try to use the same training prgram on my laptop, it goes to lesson 2 and then freezes completely - can sit there for hours. My clients, who try to use the same program, have experienced the same problem. My company keeps saying it's "user error" and that it's only me and my clients who have the problem.

I really hate to say this, but if the company's training program doesn't work, it's their responsibility to make changes so it will work. I am familiar with this sort of thing, having worked for a company with the same problem. We had training courses, and tests, during a 6 weeks training session, but many times, the companies software, online, would not respond at all, or freeze when trying to use it. Finally, the company changed it.
Keep calling. Try calling someone locally, if there is anyone.
