I have an 8 week old puppy having problems going pee, sometimes only drops comes out sometimes nothing at all. She also had a little crusty stuff on her peepee. I got it off but it doesn't seem to have helped her going pee. What is wrong?

She may have an infection. Take her to the vet asap

I agree with the above answer. If you can get a small sample of urine to take with you it will help a lot.
