I am 34 weeks pregnant and I have felt an increasing pressure in my pelvis in the past week or so. I feel like I have to hold the baby in my pelvis when I stand or walk. I am also having severe come and go pains in my lower pelvis, around my bladder. My whole stomach tightens and the pains usually catch me off guard. I know what contractions feel like and I am having them but at the same time I am having cramping. Also in the right upper region of my uterus, about halfway between my belly button and my right breast I am having a severe pain constantly, and it is very sore to the touch, and when the baby kicks there. Every time the baby moves in my pelvis I can't move, due to the pain.I have also been feeling lightheaded and dizzy about 4 times a day for the past 2 days or so. I have been to the hospital 2 times already for early copntractions and have been sent home with a diagnosis of false labor, therefore I don't want to waste a whole night at the hospital again, just to be sent home. Do you think I am in the early stages of labor, or are most of these symptoms normal? Please help.

Any nausea... issues with blood pressure? The pain could be from bruised ribs... sometimes happens in pregnancy, you may also want to ask you doctor about the possibility of a condition called HELLP. Doesn't happen very often, but would be something that needs to be addressed.
How is your fluid intake? Being a bit dehydrated can cause the uterus to contract more... see if increasing your fluid intake over a few days helps at all... may help with the contractions and the dizziness. Have you cut back on your sodium intake?. this can also be an issue with dizziness and you need an adequate intake during pregnancy... (certainly follow your doctor's guidelines if he has asked you to cut back for specific concerns, such as high blood pressure).
Of course this is all speculation and you will need to see your doctor whenever you have something going on that causes you concern. Try not to worry about being seen frequently... that is what they are there for. Your doctor will be able to go over things one by one and ease your mind... or determine if there is the possibility of needing to look into things more.
Hope you feel better soon!

I just had a baby 7 weeks ago and I went totally through the same thing. It's normal usually is because the baby is gaining more weight at the last weeks and because the weight puts pressure on your bladder. AS long as you don't experience bleeding, disharge, or any severe pain u should be fine and wouldn't have to go to ER.
