I have removed and replaced the brake rotors of my 04 F-150. No problem. The rear rotors will not budge. Any tricks or solutions?

Does it seem that the rotors are seized to the drive axle? Or is the parking brake set and not allowing the rotor to even move?
If the rotors are seized, try spraying the joint between the rotor and the flange with rust penetrant and then while turning the rotor, tap from behind and it should come loose.

Rust is likely preventing the disk from coming off--try spraying with Kroil or PB Blaster and tapping with a mallot. Be sure to remove any rust from the back of the rotor and flange, to prevent lateral runout, before reinstallation. Maximum LRO is .003 inch--shoot for .001 inch.

Check to see if there are a couple of small holes in the hub portion of the rotors. Many mfgs put threaded holes there for this reason. You thread in bolts in each hole a slowly turn the bolts until the rotor releases from the axle hub. If not , you may need to rent or borrow a rotor puller..
