COULD I BE PREGNANT?

I have done a pregnancy test and been to\see the doctor.

My period is 10 days late, and I'm wondering if it is possible that am pregnant the tests were incorrect?
My periods are normally like clock work, I'm starting to become frustrated that my period is showing no sign of coming.

Any advice

Did the doctor do a blood test?

Went to the doctor for pregnancy test, it came up negative. No she did not do a blood test, she told me to come back at the end of the month if my period had not started.

Should she have done a blood test?

That's generally how they do a pregnancy test. I'm not sure if you have to specifically request it. But that's the fool proof pregnancy test, however most urine tests are almost 100% accurate.
