An open warrant? You can fly anywhere as long as you don't get stopped. If you get stopped you are going to jail.
I wouldn't try it - as soon as the airline runs your name, you're dead.

Hello bdd:
You know those computers the homeland security cops have?? What do you think they have on them - crème broulee recipies??
They have on them, ALL the reasons they should cause you trouble. A warrant would be one of those reasons.

You can fly until they match your name on the computer and have the police waiting on you, Now the issue is how far from the state with the warrant do YOU LIVE. If you live in that state, expect to be arrsested, if you live a few states over they may not take you in depending on the level of crime

Drive instead. Less likely you will be stopped unless you speed or get into an accident. You are just asking for trouble with an open warrant when you fly anywhere.

Warrents are all based here in Canada anyway on radius. The level of the crime dictates the radius of the warrant.Theft or something minor. There may be a 500km warrant radius.Meaning that if they catch you within 500 km of the offence location, they will arrest you and transport you back to the city/town you were arrested in.If they catch you 1100km away, they will release you.
If you commit a more serious crime(example murder) they will issue a cross canada warrant and then you are open to being arrested anywhere
