Can my vehicle be searched in California, if I am pulled over and someone is on parol or probation in my vehicle? Even if I am not??

It's not as simple as that. There were obviously a LOT of circumstances surrounding the search. I'd need to KNOW what those circumstances were - and even then, I might not be able to tell if the search was legal.

There have been jillions of law books written on this very subject. It AIN'T a simple thing.
