I've been freeking out about this all day my rehab tyest came back positive for weed but the test results start counting at 20 for a positive reading and I was 21 how will this effect my court supervision... if you don't know what that is its like Probation, I actually have a PO but its like a four month thing and I'm almost done

Why didn't you keep our nose clean until you probation was completely over. Now you have compromised the outcome.

Hello easy:

If you failed, and you did, then you'll be violated. I don't know what they'll do (cause I don't know what court supervision is or what the supervision is in lieu of), but you ain't going to like it much.

Hopefully, your probation will be cancelled and you will be thrown in jail. If you think probation is bad, jail is worse. But you made your choices. I really think you need a wake up call (to understand my response here check out his other posts) and maybe a stint in jail will do that for you.

Unfortunately for you 21 is, indeed, over 20 so you have violated and now it's up to your PO and the Court.

I do notice that as recently as a week ago you were recommending weed as a stress reliever to a 16 year old so apparently probation hasn't changed your life at all.

If you are going to rehab you are obviously not grasping the essence of the program about drugs. If you do grasp the essence about not doing drugs I would imagine that it will be when you are sitting in jail pondering your fate and wondering why you are there. Your probation violation hearing will determine your punishment which will probably not be more probation.
