My b/f has been charged with burglary and is due to be sentenced in crown court, he has admitted the offence(they have cctv) he was caught in one of huddersfields capture houses, he does have a bad criminal record and has been in jail afew times( one quite recent) but has never been charged with burglary before, he is up in court with friends who have committed burglary on numerous occasions hence the reason he is being sentenced in crown court. Anyone have an idea what his sentence may be?

You are obviously in the UK, where the judiciary system may be quite different and even here in Canada it is up to the judge to take everything into consideration after he reads the records.

I would assume many years in prision.
