Vassi:

You must file Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ. You can probably prepare the Form 1040NR-EZ as it is relatively simple. The form can be download from www.irs.gov, along with instructions to fill them out. Mail the return to the IRS Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

You can claim a $3,200 personal exemption, which will likely complete offset any taxes you owe. You will get all the money withheld back.

Contact me at [email protected] if you have further questions.
