I would like to know if there is any way to find the mortgage holder for a property if you know all the property owners information and the property information.

Hello wee:

I think you can. Certainly the lender has a lien on the property and that should be public information. Try the assessors office or the county treasurer. If not there, they should direct you.

I also think you can pay for the information too if the free route doesn't work. I guess it depends on why you want to know, and how much trouble your willing to go through.

Or the County Clerk - a mortgage is public information, on file. Usually there's a Freedom of Information form for you to fill out and a small fee for photocopying.

Yes, you can find many things at the local county court house where the property is located. At the recorder of deeds office you can find whose name the property is in, and if there is any lien on the property or any mortgage. At the property tax office you can find the name and address of who is paying the property tax.
