I've been treating my cats' fleas with Advantage (the good stuff) and constant vacuuming, etc, but they still seem to have some. I guess it just might take a little while to get rid of them, but are there any other tips out there?

You are doing the right things. A flea bomb of your house will kill them off for a while. They are entrenched and will return. Vermin!
