All right I have been losing weight the healthy way for a few months but I am about to go on a trip so I am trying to lose as much weight as possible in a short about of time I don't care if its unhealthy and I know it will come back but I just want it gone for the trip any suggestions??

I doubt you will get much of a response on this one, as most of this site's members don't condone unhealthy behavior and don't want to be an accomplice to you doing it.

I would suggest a low-calorie diet, and burning more calories at the gym than you take in, that day.
