We use MYOB to manage our business but at the moment only one person has the system on their computer. There are three of us in our business and we really all need to access and use the system remotely. We travel abroad a lot. Is there a way we can host the system somewhere that we can all access it wherever we are?

What I would do is contract with GotoMyPC.com or Logmein.com and subscribe to that (or a similar service). All of you could then log into a PC in your office and run the software from there.
The alternative to that would be to find a public Citrix server that you can host it on.

We use LogMeIn.com. Fantastic service but it requires and OK and logon from both ends. I have seen the adverts for GotoMyPC.com that Scott also mentioned. That is probably closer to what you want.

I use the free version of LogMeIn and I'm not sure what you refer to. A piece needs to be running on the host, but you can log in with no action required on the host. First you log into the website, select the computer you want to remote to, then log into that.

Wow... they have some new offerings since the last time I visited their home page... very nice.
We use the paid version of LogMein Rescue. If their other product... LogMeIn Hamachi is it?. works as well as the LogMein Rescue then it is well worth exploring.
LogMeIn Rescue requires a 6-digit PIN code that is generated for each session.

Yes, Rescue is a different concept. It allows a support person to take control of a host PC. But the basic service just requires a password from the remote.
