I have a Frigidair Gallery, Professional Series (#FRS262SH side-by-side) that is not making ice. I can hear the motor kick on every so often to dump the cubes... but no ice. Additionally the freezer section is collecting a small amount of water at the bottom of the and I have to remove the ice sheet weekly before it starts to leak off the front and down to our kitchen floor (hardwood). Not sure if the two are realated... but seems likely. Pretty certain best on other posts that I have a frozen hose but was hoping to collect any particulars or known pitfalls up front.
