Hi,
Tried telling him what to do?
Just tell him that he can't use the computer for games, until his other responsibilities are finished.
Children have to learn that some things come before others, and sometimes, simply telling them "No" is the way to go.
I do wish you the very best of luck.

I agree with Fred. You are the parent. He is the child.
I would talk to him and let him know why you want him to do other stuff, and that he can still have time on the computer. If you can get him to agree, he'll be more receptive to listening. He may also have reasons his time on the computer is after school before you come home.
If he won't accept your reasoning or you can't come to an agreement, you'll have to be the parent to tell him this is how it is in your house. If he refuses to listen, you might even have to take away access to the computer.
Children will always be testing their limits. Sometimes they need that authority figure to tell them where the limit is.
