My friends wife left him after 2 months of receiving her green card. Under these circumstances, can he get her green card revoked?

He can report it, but it is hard to prove this was the reason

My friends wife left him after 2 months of receiving her green card. Under these circumstances, can he get her green card revoked?
If it is conditional green card which is valid for 2 years, she will need to file removal of conditions jointly with her husband before the card expires. If she fails to do so, she will automatically become illegal.
He can report this matter to USCIS, but in case she claims she ran away because of domestic abuse, reporting to USCIS makes things easier for her.
