I Got a loan from Budget Cash Loans about three months ago and I havet been able to pay them. I have been unable to make any of the scheduled payments. Now I am wondering if they can garnish my wages. I live in Nevada and I don't know if they can, will, or how long it would take them to garnish my wages. Please Help!!

This has been asked before, also in Nevada. It is my understanding that when you sign for these loans you agree to a garnishment if you fall behind so the garnishment becomes automatic. You sort of waive your rights.
Otherwise they need to file in Small Claims Court, send you notice, schedule a hearing, obtain a Judgment, file the garnishment order. The time frame depends on the Court's constraints.
