I have to learn lecture about MOS transistor like Ionizing radiation sensor for exam.
Please, explain me this phenomena shortly or tell me where to find the answer!
Thanks in advance from Serbia.

If I give you the answer, Teacher or Instructor may recognize.
Try this:
metal oxide semiconductor - Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rls=com.microsoft%3Aen-us%3AIE-SearchBox&rlz=1I7GGLR&q=metal+oxide+semiconductor)

I have to understand that . I have exam next Wednesday. I want to learn that. I have only picture. It is very difficulty to me because I didn't learn electronic and my language is Serbian. So if you know to explain me this, do it. Don't be sarcastic!
I need answer from "Real Expert"?

This should help, would be better if in your own words.
MOS transistor Ionizing radiation sensor - Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?q=MOS+transistor+Ionizing+radiation+sensor+&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7&rlz=1I7GGLR)
If this College stuff, forgive me, If you are wanting to be an Engineer or Scientist or whatever, It would not help you to give you the answer, I barely made it through High School. I am a Fire/Burglar/Electrical Contractor/Automator/Integrator, also a Pilot and other things, I didn't Cheat(I'm not saying your cheating). I took all Training Serious as Many Lives as well as my own are at risk.
I do hope the above link will help. Good Luck

The main concept behind this is that radiation provide electromagnetic field which polarizes charges in months creating field to operate the months : Mos is a device respond to voltage applied on gate may be some arrangement done to creat it to respond

I passed this exam with highest mark (10).
I found my answers and make story about. Professor explained me details: it is new aplience in detecting gamma-rays and that's reason I couldn't find answers in many books!
See you!
