I'm not an expert in this field, any information should be confirmed by a pharmacist or your physician. Calling your pharmacy is a smart move. Relying on my post is a dumb move... you may also seek clarification by posting at this site:
Prescription Drug Forum | Drugs.com (http://www.drugs.com/forum/)

It is a forum site, like AMHD, but tied directly into helping people identify meds...

I believe the pink lortab is the same as the blue "lortab"... check the bottle of the blue for the name "lorcet"... its just another name, like lortab, for the hydrocodone/ acetaminophen combo... the 10 in both names should tie into the amount of hydrocodone... and the acetaminophen amount is likely 500mg... so same dosages, different manufacturer.

But... you MUST know this from a reliable source before taking it... especially since there is acetaminophen involved and this can lead to liver damage when dosages are exceeded.

It may be too late, but I think I know the answer to this question. The manufacturer of the blue Lortab 10's with 500 mg acetomonophen is likely Watson. Watson also makes a Lortab 10 with 350 mg of acetomonophen, and it is an orangey-pink color. Watson is the only brand I know of that uses the colors, Mallinkrodt (sp) makes generic lortab too, but all of theirs are white as far as I know. The way you can tell if they're 500 or 325 mg acetominophen is by their size... the less acetominophen are about half the size as the 500's.

I know this because I took these meds for a long time, of course, I don't know for sure of your particular pills because I can't see them so it's always wise to get a professional opinion.
