I'm not sure where else to ask this question:

Does anyone know if there are any subsidies available to landlords with section 8 tenants? A couple people have told me a landlord can, for instance, have the windows in an apartment where a section 8 tenant lives replaced and have the costs subsidies by.. . Some organization. I've contacted our local HUD office and they are not aware of anything of this nature.

Thank you,
KEN

No, section 8 will require you have windows, doors and other items up to their codes to be qualified for the section 8 program. But your rent is paid, just part of it paid by the government. Upkeep of your property is your responsibility.
