I used form 1040 EZ for the 2007 tax return. I was on H1b visa until December where I got my green card. I have been living in US since 10/03. Was I eligible to use form 1040EZ and if not what should I do?

On H1-B you can file resident tax return for 2007. For resident return you can use 1040EZ or 1040A or 1040, which ever form suits you.
