Can I replace the skimmer in my above ground pool with a through the wall skimmer? My current skimmer is one that hangs over the side. It is not a blow up ring pool. It has metal posts and frame that support it. It does not have metal sides.

Is it one of the pools with a blow up top ring? Does it have the vinyl wall? If so you cannot replace it with a through the wall skimmer. If it has a metal wall and there is no cut out, it will be hard to cut through but yes then you can.
