Are you asking this question because you are wanting to know for yourself because you are in the midst of writer's block? It would seem to me that could be any number of ways one could overcome writer's block.
One way that I can think of would be to take a break from writing, rest and not think about what one is trying to write for a day or two.

Watch "Finding Forrester". It's rather inspirational for writers, I would think.
They propose that you just start writing anything. Copy a newspaper article or a cereal box until you can take over and start writing it for yourself, if you have to. You can edit later. Don't be consumed about not making mistakes or what not. Just start.
Good luck & have fun!

It's true that just sitting down and writing can help if a person is just starting to write something. If you don't like what you have written, you can always start over.

Do this sounds all right
Having a writing schedule and to stick with it.
Coming up with what I am going to write for that day.
Taking a break so I want be to hard on myself.
Do something else to keep my mind focused on what I can write next.
When am I going to finish what I started.

Having a writing schedule and to stick with it. Sounds like a good plan! Organization, scheduling and determination.
Coming up with what I am going to write for that day. Definitely a good thought! Planning out what you are going to write based upon ideas that you have created in your mind because of your creativity within yourself and also maybe because of external influences (inspiration from something that you have seen, heard or read.)
Taking a break so I won't be too hard on myself. Excellent idea! In order to function the best at any activity, our bodies and minds need to take a break from the activity for awhile.
Do something else to keep my mind focused on what I can write next. This one kind of goes along with "Taking a break so I won't be too hard on myself.", and, could actually be combined with it. So, this is kind of like saying more of the same thing.
When am I going to finish what I started. Excellent! Setting a goal for when the project should be completed.
They do sound really good! However, I would suggest combining your third and fourth one and coming up with one more that is a totally different thought than all of the others. Of course I am advising you concerning your original question without knowing what instructions you were given in order to answer the question. It would help to know what instructions you were originally given, please?
