They go away, and come back after being sexually active (ive never had sex, only received oral, and messed around that way) or masturbating. Sounds like genital herpes. You can look online at some pictures of this condition. If the pics look like what you have, you have it.

None of the pictures that I looked at online about genital herpes were anything close to I have.
