My water surges whenever I turn a faucet on,flush the toilet, or use the washing machine. Is there air in my pipes, and if so how do I fix it?

"water surges " could you describ what's happening in a different way? Not sure what you mean by surge. Are you on a well or city water?

When I use my water, the pressure fluctuates from weaker to stronger. I have well water.

Mark, that sure as heck won't be me. I can only guess its something with her regulator on the tank.

Snowgirl, is this the same problem as "water surging in pipes"? If so, refer to the answer below.
If you had air in your pipes, it would come out as pretty significant "bursts"... not a fun event. I don't think that's the case. Your problem really sounds like a pressure tank issue.
