I got dumped by a girl recently and I was given a very silly reason for that and I was not given a option to express myself or even utter a word.. we had enjoyed a relationship long enough.. I am a soft guy and I have got not many friends and not many people who are close to me who I can spend quality time with... its very tough on me.. how to go about now ? I have entered into depression now and am thinking of attending counseling... people who have gone through my phase can you please tell me how to go about now ? I feel my world crumbled under my foot... nothing is left now..

I have gone through the same problem you are going through. My ex broke up with me and I thought I had no reason to live. I helped myself out by talking to my friends and they helped me out and I also started to date another girl I liked and that helped me through the whole thing. Good luck and have fun girlfriends aren't everything out there.

Im going through a similar situation. Its really tough, Im a soft girl at heart I don't let guys get close to me. But when I did I got my heart broken I know its hard because it was out of the blue its like your whole world has fallen apart. What you should do is go for walks to clear your head smile even though right now your heart is breaking look at everyday as it is another chance for you to create your own happiness. Do something that makes you happy and most importantly don't stay in the one spot for too long thinking about things got do something to keep yourself busy and give yourself time not to think about the situation.
