This is a recent problem. I have 2 players hooked to my TV. One will give me"disk error" the other "incorrect disk".

I guess of course make sure the disk is not scratched or anything, try another disk you have on hand to see if same error happens

What is the exact error that you get, are these only on disks that you rent, see if the store can put it in thiers to see if same results
