where can i find a softail frame without a swing arm?
Have you tried the following:

Harley Davidson Frame, Harley Davidson Softail, Bagger (http://www.axiomcycles.com/pages/item/items.asp?itemsection=114)
Might consider buying something other than a Harley... never found a comfortable riding Harley without the wobbles.
Kawasaki Drifter owner... love my cycle.
