I decided to eat sweets .

I always must have some sweets because my blood glucose leve is very low . Yesterday while I was walking to the market I suddenly felt very dizzy and had difficulty breathing, I fainted and fell over.
The police found me lying on the ground .They probably thought I was drunk or abusing heroin .
My family panicked about what happened to me.why tha happing to me

Do you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes? I have had type 1 for almost 10 years and I take insulin shots 3 times a day. Do you check your blood sugars because you might not have to take insulin all the time.. there is definitley a lot to learn about diabetes and a lot to keep up with. I sure hope you get things worked out.. maybe you should try talking to a different doctor. I know it took me a while to find one that took the time to explain everything to me.

My mom has diabetes .
You need to go to a doctor to determine how bad your diabetes are.
Morevoer you REALLY NEED to make sure and test your blood sugars oftten
And if you really want sweets go to the market and get sugar free candy

You really need to take care of yourself because if you don't, what happened to you will just get worse and eventaully you can even go blind.

Not just go blind but there is a higher risk for heart disease, kidney disease, poor circulation that can lead to amputations...
