How do I get silky smooth shiny hair??

I know this is the question that every woman asks?

I figured after I got all the split ends cut off my hair (I took off four inches) that my hair would be so much healthier, but it doesn't seem so.

Help me out here.

Have you tried frizz ease?

Yup, I've tried every frizz product. They don't work.

I'm only posting this picture for scientific reasons. This is what my hair looks like when dried and not styled. Oh yeah, and I used frizz ease.

I don't have frizzy hair, but I have very, very long straight hair that is bleached so blonde it's almost white. I use White Rain Coconut Shampoo for shine and White Rain Coconut Conditioner that makes my hair soft and conditioned. I also found L'Oreal Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture works great on split ends or when my hair gets too overly dried out from too much bleach. I can sit on my hair it's that long and wear it down most of the time. I use the L'Oreal when my ends get funny. Let it on for about 5-10 minutes and rinse out. I am constantly getting compliments on my "beautiful" hair from women wondering what I use to make it shine. At $1 a bottle for the White Rain shampoo and conditioner, it's not the price of the product but the results here that I am after. I also used stuff that cost $10 a bottle with less than acceptable results.

I've actually used the nature's therapy... It didn't do anything for me. And I don't have split ends, I just had them all cut off... Trust me I inspected my hair for hours.
